Four Pepper BBQ Sauce For Chicken

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped
onions
1/2 cup sliced
scallion
1/3 cup minced
red bell peppers
1/3 cup minced
yellow bell pepper
1/3 cup minced
green bell peppers
2 seeded and minced
jalapeƱo peppers
2 cloves minced
garlic
1 - 1/4 cups
ketchup
3/4 cup canned
crushed tomatoes
3 tablespoons
light molasses
3 tablespoons
red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
Directions:
Lightly Coat a 2 qt. saucepan with non-stick spray and place over low heat. Add the onions, scallions, peppers and garlic. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the ketchup, tomatoes, molasses, vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Cover and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce over chicken and grill until chicken is cooked through.
Serve any remaining sauce on the side.
